Kamil Krula

Kamil is a Senior Associate in the Taxation team. He joined Dillon Eustace in 2026, having spent 11 years at KPMG Ireland, where he most recently held the role of Tax Director in the Financial Services tax practice. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Kamil advises on a wide range of Irish and international tax matters, including corporate tax, indirect tax, international tax (such as the OECD Pillar Two rules), real estate taxes, transfer pricing, and tax controversy and dispute resolution. He has particular experience in the aviation finance, asset management and insurance sectors, where he advises across tax heads on matters relating to investment funds, structured finance and securitisation vehicles, asset-backed securitisation transactions, M&A, corporate restructurings and Revenue interventions.
