Eleanor is a Solicitor in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team.
Eleanor has experience in acting for UCITS, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Alternative Investment Funds.
Eleanor provides ongoing legal and regulatory advice to UCITS, ETFs and QIAIF clients, as well as to investment managers operating in Ireland or servicing Irish-domiciled funds.
Eleanor is currently on secondment to the legal department of an international asset manager, where she advises on the operation and regulatory framework of its Irish fund range.
