Advising AIB on multiple corporate lending transactions to fund the acquisition and development of commercial properties in Dublin.

Advising an ad hoc syndicate of international institutional secured lenders to Nordic Aviation Capital (largest regional aircraft lessor in the world) in relation to its ongoing restructuring through chapter 11 in the US.

Advising an ICAV on financing and re-financing provided by AIB and Bank of Ireland in respect of various residential properties across Dublin.
