New Head of Construction at Dillon Eustace
Dillon Eustace is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Wheeler as Head of Construction.
Chris brings over two decades experience advising on complex construction and infrastructure projects across Ireland, the UK, Canada and internationally. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including procurement, contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
He advises developers, contractors, funders, state bodies and energy clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular strength in energy, infrastructure including roads, water and rail and in financed real estate development. Prior to joining the firm, Chris held senior roles in both private practice and in-house at both Global listed and PE-owned companies, advising on major international projects across a range of sectors.
Chris succeeds Fiona O’Neill, who will continue to support the team in her role as consultant, working closely with Chris and the wider Construction and Real Estate group.
