Restructuring and Insolvency

Dillon Eustace LLP are pleased to have acted as Irish counsel to an ad hoc group of secured creditors with combined debt of approximately US$1bn in the restructuring of Nordic Aviation Capital DAC, the world’s largest regional aircraft leasing company. NAC successfully emerged from Chapter 11 in the US on 1 June 2022. Dillon Eustace provided restructuring, banking, aviation finance, corporate, tax, employment and data protection advices.

The Dillon Eustace team was led by Jamie Ensor, supported by Conor Keaveny, Adrian Benson, David Lawless, Joseph Lynch, Shona Hughes, Shane Harron, Barry Tyrell and others.

We greatly appreciated working with the Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP’s London and New York offices, the aviation teams in the Norton Rose Fulbright London and Paris offices, Moelis & Company and Alton Aviation Consultancy.
