Dillon Eustace Announces Senior Leadership Appointments in HR and Finance

Dillon Eustace is pleased to announce the appointments of Olwyn Downey as Head of Human Resources and Stephen Fogarty as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening the Firm's leadership team and reflecting its continued investment in people, infrastructure and strategic growth.

Olwyn Downey, Head of Human Resources
Over the last two decades, Olwyn has led HR teams in a number of top-tier law firms, professional services and banking businesses through periods of growth and transformation.  Olwyn joins Dillon Eustace as Head of Human Resources from Walkers Professional Services where she supported their global business as HR Director while based in Cayman and Dublin.

She is passionate about developing talent and creating collaborative, high-performing workplace cultures.

Stephen Fogarty, Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Fogarty joins Dillon Eustace as Chief Financial Officer, where he leads the Firm's finance function and supports the delivery of the Firm's strategic objectives. Prior to joining the Firm, he spent ten years with Deloitte, most recently as Director of Finance, holding a number of senior leadership roles spanning financial management, business partnering, operational improvement and finance transformation.

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA), Stephen brings extensive experience in financial leadership, governance and strategic planning, helping organisations drive performance through strong financial stewardship and decision-making.
