Dillon Eustace advises Sonitus Systems on its acquisition by CogneSense

Dillon Eustace is pleased to have acted for the shareholders of Sonitus Systems, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, on the sale of Sonitus Systems to CogneSense.

Sonitus Systems was founded in 2007 and has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of construction and industrial monitoring instruments in the market, supplying thousands of projects around the world.

CogneSense is a US-based environmental monitoring and controls provider, and this marks their second acquisition as they continue to grow their platform.

The Dillon Eustace team was led by Adrian Benson, Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A, and included David Lawless, Head of Taxation, and Joseph Lynch, Senior Associate, Corporate and M&A.
