He has extensive experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, company law and corporate governance, regulatory issues, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity / venture capital investments.

Advising Blantyre Capital on the corporate law aspects of its long-term partnership with Piraeus Bank for the management of equity participations owned by the Bank.

Advising Briggs Equipment on its acquisition of Laois Hire.

Advising DMG Media on a number of media acquisitions.

Advising Merrion Group on the sale of the group to Cantor Fitzgerald

Advising Brookfield Asset Management on its acquisition of a stake in LCH Group
