Dillon Eustace advises DMG Media on their acquisition of Waterford Regional Radio
Dillon Eustace is delighted to have advised DMG Media on their acquisition of a majority interest in Waterford Regional Radio (WLR) from the Irish Times.
The transaction which received CCPC, Ministerial and Coimisiun Na Mean approvals is DMGs first investment in Irish Radio.
The Dillon Eustace team was led by Mark Thorne (Partner, Banking and Capital Markets) and Philip Lea (Partner, Corporate and M&A) with support from Martin Colman (Partner, Real Estate), David Lawless (Head of Taxation) and Jacinta O’Sullivan (Associate, Corporate and M&A).
