In response to the increasing number of legislative initiatives and desire on the part of our clients to implement more responsible business practices, Dillon Eustace established a multi-disciplinary cross department ESG team that ensures our clients receive comprehensive guidance in respect of ESG governance matters. As ESG considerations increasingly become a pressure point, our ESG team works closely with our clients to ensure they are on top of their legislative and disclosure requirements and help them actively manage reputational risk.

Advising our clients on ESG governance matters, including reviewing and updating their existing corporate governance frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable ESG legislation and guidance.
Advising in-scope clients on ESG related reporting requirements, including those imposed under the EU Taxonomy Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Advising companies on day-to-day ESG corporate governance matters such as diversity of representation on board of directors and in senior management teams as well as anti-bribery and corruption obligations.

Advising clients on how to best mitigate the risk of greenwashing and greenhushing within their organisations and providing advices on addressing ESG concerns raised by investors.
