Simon Keogh

Simon is an Associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team.

Simon advises global clients that utilise both UCITS and AIF fund structures. Simon trained in Dillon Eustace and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Simon has worked on the establishment of multiple funds in various jurisdictions including Ireland, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and USA. Simon also advises asset managers across various asset classes including private debt, fixed income, real estate, infrastructure and private wealth.

Simon has completed a secondment with a large international fund manager. During his secondment, he worked closely with senior management and stakeholders on day-to-day fund operations and large scale projects. Simon's portfolio of work includes working with clients with a ESG focus.

Simon is also a member of the Society of Young Solicitors.
