Rachael trained in Dillion Eustace and qualified as a solicitor in April 2024 having completed rotations in Asset Management and Investment Funds, Banking and Capital Markets, Insolvency and Corporate Recovery and Corporate and M&A.
Rachael has gained experience assisting on a variety of Irish authorised fund activities including the establishment, authorisation and operation of both UCITS and AIF structures. Rachael also has four years’ experience working as a Debt and Investment Funds Listing’s Executive.

Assisted on the winding-up of an ICAV, including the termination of the remaining sub-fund and revocation of authorisation.
Assisted on the ongoing operations for multiple asset managers including making various applications to the Central Bank of Ireland for new sub-funds, new share classes, investment manager clearance and change of service providers.
