Dublin, to include the provision of advices on essential title remediation steps to be taken by the borrower and documenting these requirements in the loan agreements.

Nessa has significant experience acting for both borrowers and lenders in real estate finance transactions. She also has experience in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of a wide variety of properties, including offices, retail centres, mixed use developments and primary care centres. Nessa also acts for lending institutions in reviewing title, advising on title rectification issues and acting in the sale of distressed properties. She has been involved in several large NAMA loan portfolio sales with a particular emphasis on title due diligence, remediation of title issues, title and security reviews and reporting.
