Luke is an Associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group and advises fund promoters and their service providers on the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of UCITS and AIFs.
Luke's portfolio of clients includes Irish, UK, US, Indian, Japanese and Australian asset managers. He also advises UCITS and AIFM management companies on their interactions with Irish investment funds and with the Central Bank of Ireland. Luke also completed a secondment at a dual authorised AIFM and UCITS management company in Ireland.
