Hannah Fenlon

Hannah is a Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team.

Hannah advises large international asset managers, based in the US, UK and EU, on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters in respect of Irish funds, including the structuring, establishment, operation and compliance of Irish UCITS and AIFs. In addition, Hannah advises Irish service providers to Irish funds, including AIFMs and UCITS management companies.

Hannah has been working with Dillon Eustace since 2014 where she trained and qualified as a solicitor.

Hannah is a Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team.

Relevant Experience

Advising asset managers on the establishment and authorisation of UCITS and AIFs (investment companies, unit trusts, ICAVs) structured as platforms, master feeders and fund of funds.

Advising European and US discretionary investment managers and investment advisors seeking Central Bank of Ireland clearance to act in respect of Irish funds.

Advising on both cross-border and domestic mergers for both the receiving and merging funds.

Advising an Irish domiciled asset manager on an investment company to ICAV conversion.

Advising on the conversions of self-managed UCITS funds to externally managed funds, including the appointment of Irish based management companies.

Advising on the change of multiple service providers to Irish funds, including Administrators, Depositaries, AIFMs and UCITS Management Companies.

Advising asset managers on the establishment of ESG funds and the conversion of existing non-ESG funds to ESG funds.

Advising European asset management groups on the establishment and authorisation of an Irish Super Management Company with MiFID permissions as well as an Irish AIFM with MiFID permissions and an Irish UCITS Management Company.
