Relevant Experience
Assisting in the bulk purchase of 297 PRS apartments on behalf of an institutional investor.
Assisting in the acquisition of a business park, which comprised a number of retail and office units held under leases and licences. Breifne has acted for the owner of the business park in a number of leases and licences since completion of the acquisition and has advised generally on landlord and tenant matters in connection with the business park.
Acting for Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland Designated Activity Company in relation to a number of commercial leases, both in relation to leases of units in retail parks and leases of office premises, including a lease of the second and third floors of Citypoint, Prospect Hill, Galway.
Acting for FBD Insurance Plc in relation to a number of leases of office premises. Breifne has also provided FBD with advices in relation to a number of title remediation issues in relation to their properties.
Acting for a NAMA-appointed receiver, in respect of sums due to it from a local authority in connection with a historic compulsory purchase order relating to lands previously owned by the borrower company before it entered receivership.
Acting for Roundshield Partners LLP in the purchase of a number of individual residential properties for onward leasing to local authorities.
