Amy is an Associate working on both property and construction related matters in the Dillon Eustace Real Estate team. Amy qualified as a solicitor in December 2019 and joined Dillon Eustace’s Real Estate team having previously worked and trained in another large Dublin law firm.

Amy is a member of the Construction Bar Association.

Amy has gained experience acting in a broad range of property/conveyancing and construction matters both residential and commercial, acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential property, loan sales and remediation projects.

Working on reviewing and reporting on title and construction documents re residential, commercial and development projects to include a number of projects for Approved Housing Bodies, Nursing Homes, Student Accommodation and refinancing of large scale development facilities.

Working on several property acquisitions and disposals for clients such as one of Ireland's largest retailers, numerous sporting bodies and a number of large scale investment companies and ICAVs.

Working on the construction documents for the acquisition of 142 duplex units for a cost-rental scheme and 144 residential units on the Naas Road.

Working on the construction documents and lease reporting for the acquisition of a large business campus in Citywest.

Secondee to one of Ireland's leading financial institutions to assist and advise in respect of a major security review project. Working both with impacted individuals and businesses on reviewing and remediating security issues.

Preparing registration documents, stamping, cautions and first registration applications and working on post completion matters including stamping, registration, first registration. Reviewing and rectification of title and liaising with the Land Registry, clients and colleagues in relation to same.

Working across an array of Private Client matters to include Will drafting, Probate, Administration of Estates, Residential Conveyancing, Estate Planning.

Working on small business and residential leasing and advising landlords on tenancy agreements. Working on reviewing leases and rent reviews for the client team. Drafting lease documentation.
