Áine McCarthy is Of Counsel and Head of Knowledge in the Asset Management & Investment Funds Department of Dillon Eustace, prior to which she worked as a knowledge lawyer and solicitor within that team since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.
Aine is currently Vice Chair of the Irish Funds ESG Policy & Legal Working Group.
Áine supports the firm’s Asset Management & Investment Funds team as a Knowledge Lawyer, keeping the team and clients updated on recent legal and regulatory developments, developing and delivering internal and client training, preparing precedent documentation, conducting legal research and managing internal legal know-how.
