Dillon Eustace announces three new partners
Dillon Eustace LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of three new partners at its Dublin office further strengthening the Firm’s market-leading expertise in Asset Management & Investment Funds and Real Estate. The appointments are with effect from 1 August 2022.

Alanna Hannon, Partner, Asset Management & Investment Funds
Alanna represents a wide variety of domestic and global investment managers, fund management companies and other service providers to the Irish funds industry, advising on their Irish businesses and on the public and private markets investment funds that they establish, operate or service.
Grace O’Connor, Partner, Asset Management & Investment Funds
Grace advises both national and international fund promoters/asset managers, investment funds, management companies and their service providers on a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters – including the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of mutual funds.
Brendan Cunnane, Partner, Real Estate
Brendan has considerable expertise in advising Irish and international clients on real estate acquisitions, disposals, financing and development projects. Prior to joining Dillon Eustace he was a senior legal advisor with NAMA and previously worked with another top tier Irish law firm.
