Dillon Eustace advises on the sale of Principal Logistics Technologies to Aptean
Dillon Eustace is delighted to have advised Principal Logistics Technologies (PLT) on its acquisition by Aptean. PLT is a a provider of purpose-built warehouse management and supply chain optimisation software solutions.
Aptean is a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions. The acquisition of PLT adds new capabilities to Aptean’s warehouse management and supply chain management offerings for wholesalers, importers, manufacturers, retailers and 3PLs.
The Dillon Eustace team was led by Philip Lea (Partner, Corporate and M&A) and comprised Adrian Benson (Head of Corporate and M&A), David Lawless (Head of Tax), Conor Keaveny (Partner, Banking and Capital Markets) and Jacinta O’Sullivan (Associate, Corporate and M&A).
