Dillon Eustace advises Irish Homebuilding Equity Fund on the investment of €20m in its first three housing developments

Dillon Eustace is delighted to have advised the Irish Homebuilding Equity Fund (IHEF) on the investment of €20m in its first three housing developments in Dublin, Cork and Kildare which will deliver 1,600 new homes over the next three years. The developments to receive IHEF funding are Castlethorn in Woodbrook in Dublin, Clancy Homes in Midleton in Co. Cork and Quantum Group in Athy in Co. Kildare. The developments will be a mixture of private housing and social and affordable housing.

Established in June 2024, the IHEF provides equity to experienced developers to accelerate the unlocking of residential sites and facilitating the delivery of new homes. The Fund, which is supported by Bank of Ireland and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) is managed by Pearl Property managers Limited.
