We have a strong track record of acting for clients in defamation claims, privacy claims and contempt claims. We provide pre-publication advice to national daily and Sunday newspapers as well as online publications – a pre-emptive strategy focusing on identifying and minimising the potential for defamation, contempt of court and breaches of privacy. We also advise on issues arising from publication on the internet and on social media platforms and has developed considerable experience in this evolving area of media and privacy law.
