Relevant Experience
Advising Nassarius Capital on its first loan facility in Ireland, being a financing with Barclays Bank Ireland plc of the Ashlar portfolio, a residential portfolio of approximately 200 units in pre-1963 properties in central Dublin.
Advising QR Investment Partners ICAV on the acquisition of newly built residential apartment blocks.
Advising Nua Money on the legal and regulatory aspects of their authorisation as a retail credit firm.
Advising Société Générale on the application of Individual Accountability Framework and revised Fitness and Probity requirements.
Advising Darta Allianz on the migration on third party administration services of an insurance undertaking to consider legal and regulatory implications including outsourcing, data protection and cyber security.
