(These units, which are being used for cost rental housing, were acquired by the LDA in a forward purchase deal as part of Project Tosaigh, an initiative announced by the Irish Government in November 2021 as part of its "Housing for All" policy.).
Full review of the construction contracts and design team appointments and negotiating collateral warranties with the developer’s contractor and design team for the forward purchase of 210 duplex and apartment units in Dublin 15.
The lease of 133 social housing units to the approved housing body Tuath for rent in excess of €2m in Citywest Dublin 24 (This is the LDA’s first social housing lease and noting that the LDA did not want to use the housing agency precedent lease the bespoke lease was drafted by Dillon Eustace to meet the LDA’s requirements).
