Our ESG & Sustainability Practice Group offers clients a dedicated, cross-disciplinary service

By utilising our expertise and deep knowledge across key practice areas, our ESG & Sustainability Group helps clients manage, navigate and meet the evolving ESG legal and regulatory landscape, ESG risks, identify opportunities and anticipate market demand for sustainable corporate practices.

We advise our regulated clients on the implications of the EU sustainable finance package of legislation for their business arrangements and reporting requirements, the establishment of ESG funds,  sustainable real estate investment, corporate governance, dispute resolution and litigation and employment rights and obligations. Our work in this area also includes advising financial institutions on green lending as well as government bodies regarding the financing of social housing.

We also provide legal insights and thought leadership on ESG developments across each of these practice areas.

Our cross-departmental ESG & Sustainability team comprises expert lawyers from our Asset Management & Investment Funds, Banking and Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Employment, Financial Regulation, Real Estate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Taxation teams.

Our team advise financial institutions on green lending as well as government bodies regarding the financing of social housing. In relation to governance, we advise clients on the legal aspects of ESG investments and on issues concerning ESG reporting and maintaining ESG records.
