Relevant Experience
Advising Nassarius Capital on the refinancing of a portfolio of 180 rental units in Dublin and the transfer of the 180 units into an ICAV structure.
Acting for QR Investment Partners ICAV on the construction elements of the Clarehall, Blackwood Square and Castleview, Carriglea PRS deals and on the appointment of the purchaser’s technical due diligence and monitoring team.
Advising Platform ICAVs in the context of the financing of sub-funds of the ICAV.
Advising an ICAV borrower in the provision of facilities to it by Ulster Bank to fund the acquisition of an apartment block valued at approximately €72m.
