We represent a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, financial institutions, retailers, public sector bodies, pension funds, real estate funds and companies in respect of a full range of property law matters in Ireland. This includes the acquisition and sale of investment properties, real estate finance, commercial leasing and advising on landlord and tenant matters as well as negotiating construction contracts, development deals and forward purchase transactions across all real estate sectors, including offices, retail, leisure, multi-family/PRS, social and affordable housing, residential developments, logistics and healthcare.
We work collaboratively with our colleagues in other practice areas within Dillon Eustace as real estate transactions frequently require input from other disciplines (including tax, corporate and litigation) to ensure the best results for our clients. Uniquely for a firm of this size, we provide highly specialised advices, in hand with our financial services, taxation and banking teams, on the establishment of real estate vehicles (including QIAIFs and ICAVs) for the acquisition and financing of property investments.

Advising Fine Grain Properties on the letting of the Ground and First Floors at Block 5, Waterside Innovation Campus.
Advising Nassarius Capital on the refinancing of a portfolio of 180 rental units in Dublin and the transfer of the 180 units into an ICAV structure.
Advising Royalton Group on the acquisition of a residential development site in Dublin 4 and appointment of the construction team to design and build a 110+ unit residential development on it.
