• Advising the leading representative body for private and voluntary nursing homes in Ireland.

• Advising United Drug Plc on its successful creditors’ petition placing three pharmacies in examinership.

• Acting for private and voluntary nursing homes on their ongoing dealings with the National Treatment Purchase Fund, the Health Information and Quality Authority and the HSE.

• Advising on the private equity backed management buyout of a large Irish private healthcare group.
