Relevant Experience
Advising several domestic mergers for large group companies under the Companies Act, 2014 as amended and cross border mergers under the EU cross border merger regulations.
Advising a number of seller groups on pre-sale restructuring.
Advising introducing new share structures into existing groups to provide for specific return rights for certain groups.
Advising a global risk management group – acting as Irish legal counsel on a €350m corporate re-organisation.
Advising an international commercial aircraft leasing company on the re-organisation of Irish group companies.
Advising boards of regulated entities on corporate governance matters.
