Corporate Banking

Our Corporate Banking Unit has a long-established reputation for advising clients on complex, high value deals, both cross border and domestic

Our services cover the full range of corporate banking transactions, advising borrowers and lenders – traditional and non-bank – on bilateral, club and syndicated deals across a wide range of industry sectors and asset classes. We specialise in transactions involving qualifying investor alternative investment funds (QIAIFs), Irish collective asset-management vehicles (ICAVs), and “Section 110” special purpose companies and a range of regulated borrowers.

Our clients include some of the world’s largest financial institutions. We also work with all of the leading Irish banks. We have significant experience of working with non-bank lenders both on establishment matters and ongoing lending and capital raising. We advise the complete range of borrowers – from international funds and private equity houses to Irish small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
