In 2001 we became the first law firm in Ireland to be authorised as a Euronext Dublin (formerly The  Irish Stock Exchange) listing sponsor, and we are also a sponsor in the Cayman Islands. Our listing team provides a depth of specialist experience in advising Irish-domiciled and off-shore funds on the rules and procedures for listing investment funds on Euronext Dublin.

Our services include advising and providing policy guidance to clients on the regulatory and legal requirements relating to listed issuers, covering key areas such as market abuse, reporting and transparency.

We advise on the full range of fund structures and types – including ETFs, UCITS, hedge funds,  specialist private-equity, property funds and loan funds. We also advise on listing specialist debt. Our advice is based on industry expertise – each member of our team has a full understanding of product structures and can advise clients on a range of appropriate alternatives to suit their specific needs.

For ETF clients listed in multiple jurisdictions, the team can arrange passporting to the London Stock Exchange, other Euronext exchanges and the Deutsche Boerse and coordination of reporting services. For our Irish clients, we work closely with our internationally recognised Asset Management team.

Relevant Experience

• Advising on a range of fund structures on listing requirements – including Irish and Luxembourg UCITS, AIFs, private equity, limited liquidity, ETFs.

• Acting as sponsor for the first Irish actively managed ETF.

• Acting for listings on a range of European exchanges including Euronext Dublin, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse.

• Acting as a Sponsor to a number of offshore non-regulated funds on Euronext Dublin.

• Advising clients on market abuse regulations, and the application of those obligations as relevant to their business.

• Advising clients on ongoing listing reporting obligations.

• Co-ordinating of coding and identifier requests from clients.
