We advise international and domestic funds, asset managers, AIFMs and UCITS management companies, banks, insurers, pension funds, supranational organisations, sovereigns, prime brokers and other counterparties, fund administrators and depositaries, securities lending agents and others.
We represent the largest number of Irish domiciled funds (Monterey Insight Ireland Fund Report 2023) and have done so each year since the inception of the Irish funds survey reports in 1994. Our practice also serves a significant number of funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands through our Cayman Islands Office.

We advise on product design, authorisation, migration, listing, marketing as well as ongoing general legal, tax and regulatory compliance issues.
