We are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build a career in Dillon Eustace that will be exciting, rewarding and challenging in a positive environment that will enable growth and development.

 Responsibilities

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy in billing details such as amounts, account numbers, and dates;

  • Prepare pre-bills, revise bills by performing narrative edits, write-offs and adjustments, confirm accurate and timely billing and resolve issues, as needed;

  • Upload bills to various e-billing client platforms;

  • Purchase Ledger – responsible for the posting of all supplier invoices to the purchase ledger;

  • Responsible for reconciling all supplier ledger accounts;

  • Banking – posting of all client / office / Cayman banking entries;

  • Preparation for the Bank Reconciliation;

  • Assist with reporting as required;

  • Completes Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounts and billing experience;

  • Previous experience using an accounts software package;

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook;

  • Elevated level of accuracy, diligence, and excellent organisation skills;

  • Effective communication and people skills;

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team;

  • Maintain confidentiality internally and externally;

  • Professional manner and approachable.
